Clean, hip new hotel, I enjoyed immaculately clean and huge rooms and helpful staff. My room included a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bed was very comfy; and there was a bathtub.

The hotel was clean with pleasant staff. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Museum of Fine Arts of Bilbao. Further, it was really close to the main attractions, and Guggenheim and station.

The rooms were very clean and had a modern urban look, which I loved. The attention to details was impressive, with even English and Spanish books available for me to read. The location was perfect, just a few meters away from major attractions and in a quiet area. Plus, the owner was readily available through WhatsApp and was very helpful with any questions or requests.
